Anxious about childbirth, I decided to look up Bible verses about peace. Concordance mentions "peace and security" in 1 Thess. 5:3. Turned out not to be what I had in mind:

"While people are saying, 'There is peace and security,' then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape."
