Ready for my close-up

Even though I think it is inhumane to put clothes on a dog, I read that putting a tight tshirt on a dog will help it calm down during a storm. Not sure why. I can't stop laughing at this pic! And the shirt says "I heart Cozumel."

  1. Sometimes part of their storm-phobia is due to the pressure change in the air so sometimes the pressure from the shirt helps calm them, you can also try "desensitizing" them to the sound of a storm. Find a clip of a thunderstorm online and play it really really quietly so that you can barely hear it. If she is calm then slowly increase the noise. Sometimes you can do this all in one day but sometimes it takes a few weeks. But whenever she hears a volume and is calm you can increase it. She might not like it when its loud but just keep trying and the goal is eventually she'll get used to it. Hope this helps
